Terms of Use

The Hedge Funds managed by Principalium Capital may not be offered to the general public and are, in particular, not registered for public distribution in Switzerland with the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (“SFBC”); they may therefore only be offered and sold in Switzerland to qualified investors (“Qualified Investor”) as defined in the Swiss Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes, its ordinance and pertinent circulars. Accordingly, you may only proceed to the website containing details about these Hedge Funds if you confirm that you are a Qualified Investor, more specifically that you are either of the following:

• a regulated financial intermediary such as a bank, securities trader and fund management company;
• a regulated insurance institution;
• a public body or entity or a retirement benefits institutions with professional treasury operations;
• business enterprise with own professional treasury operations (requiring at least one full time investment professional employed by you as treasurer);
• a natural person who either directly or indirectly holds (owns) net financial investments (“bankable assets”) of at least CHF 2 million.

The hedge funds may further be acquired by banks, securities dealers and asset managers (the latter as defined in art. 6 para. 2 of the ordinance to CISA) (“Qualifying Intermediary”) in the name of their clients with whom they have concluded a written discretionary management agreement which complies with the self-regulatory requirements of recognized industry associations.
